We did the State Fair, Grand Prix, and Strasburg, PA to ride a steam engine this week. Stayed at the best Best Western I’ve ever seen. Had a cool pool.
I witnessed 2 couple sentence exchanges between the boys. That was cool. Max likes to help Sam get out of his car seat now. Sam lets him.
The Fair was fun. We went as soon as I got home from work. I showed them then video from the year before, so Sam needed to ride all the same rides before we could go. Definitely a decent deal for the amount of stuff they do. Left work early on Friday so we could go to the 1st ever Grand Prix in Baltimore. I was amazed at how easy we got in and out. It was interesting. Couldn’t see any cars up close and they were loud as crap. But an interesting time none the less.
Terri, was off from Sat. afternoon until Mon. evening so last minute (Sun. morning) she planned an awesome trip. The railroad station was fun. We didn’t get to do the museum, but the trains were neat and hotel stay is always fun. We watched 3 episodes of Dexter on the iPad with headphones.
